Wedding Event Agreement


A wedding event agreement is an agreement which is made between two parties, one of whom is the client who wishes to get a wedding event managed and planned and the other is the one who is responsible for the preparations of the wedding event. Such agreements are based upon certain terms and conditions which are legally binding in nature.

Sample wedding event agreement:

This agreement has been drafted between Mr. Kell Mathews who is herein referred to as the CLIENT and Mr. Paul Henry who is herein referred to as the COMPANY or the wedding event organiser.

This agreement has been entered into as on 23rd June 2011 and shall remain into effect till the 23rd July 2011 which is the date of the wedding.

The COMPANY agrees to organise the event of the wedding for the client.

The COMPANY can start using the hall for event preparations 2 days in advance of the wedding date

Total cost: $20000

The following are the terms and conditions of the agreement:

  • Half the payment must be made prior to effective date and the other half must be paid after the wedding event.
  • The COMPANY shall discuss each detail of the event management with COMPANY before finalising anything.
  • The COMPANY must agree to the specifications of the CLIENT and function accordingly.
