The website shall contain content which will be used to commercialise the company’s products and services and has been granted a license for functioning and development.

The following are the covenants and promises to be fulfilled by the parties:

  • Payment details:

COMPANY must pay a total amount of $1000 for the entire development and production of the website.

  • This COMPANY must pay the entire amount before on the effective date of agreement.
  • The DEVELOPER must work as per the specifications of the COMPANY.
