Vocational Training Agreement

A vocational training agreement is a document which is signed between a trainer and a trainee who agrees to take training from the trainer by paying him a certain amount of money for the services provided. The agreement consists of certain terms and conditions which have to be followed by the parties so as to avoid facing legal actions.

The following are the various terms and conditions of the agreement:

• The entire payment for the month must be made within the first week of each month for 6 months of the agreement period.
• The trainer agrees to provide top quality training to the trainee and cannot in any case miss the class without informing the trainee in advance,
• The Trainee must get the class time rescheduled in case of any absence or change in plan to attend the class
