Vendor Booth Agreement


A vendor booth agreement is an agreement which is made between a vendor and the owner of the booth wherein the owner agrees to give a booth space to the vendor for a fixed amount of money and for a decided period of time. Such agreements are legal in nature.

This agreement has been entered into on the effective date 7th Aug 2011

This agreement shall last for 24 months from effective date

Termination date of agreement: 7th Aug 2012

VENDOR

The OWNER wishes to give the booth to the VENDOR for 24 months of time.

The VENDOR agrees to pay an amount of $1000 per month.

Area of booth: 400 sq ft

Total number of booths: 50

The following are the terms and conditions of the agreement:

  • The vendor agrees to use the booth for 24 months for selling purpose.
  • The owner agrees to give the booth space to the vendor for 24 months.
  • The vendor agrees to use the booth only for professional purpose and not for private purpose.
  • The owner can inspect the booth at any given working hours of the day without permission of the vendor.
