Vacant Land Sale Agreement


A vacant land sale agreement is a legal document drafted when an individual sells a vacant land owned by him. The terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement act as documentary evidence   in case of any dispute arising between both the parties in future. The details mentioned in the agreement include details of the vacant land and its cost.

Sample Vacant Land Sale Agreement

This vacant land sale agreement has been drafted as on 15th of March 2011 between John Woo the seller and Jack Lane the buyer as John Woo is selling the land owned by him to Jack Lane.

As per the agreement both the parties agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The buyer will buy the vacant land owned by the seller located at:

55 Aspen High Street,

New York, North Carolina 6214.

  1. The purchase price of the land is $10000 which has to be paid in equal installments of $1000 per month.
  2. The seller assures that the vacant land has a total area of 2000 sq feet.
  3. The buyer also assures that no illegal structure will constructed on the land.
