Training agreements are those documents which are made and signed between two parties who are involved on either side of a training programme. The first party is the TRAINER and the second party is known as the TRAINEE. This document is made when the trainee agrees to get training under the trainer for a certain period of time.
Training agreements may or may not consist of the financial details or the monetary details since it is not always necessary that a training programme involves exchange or transfer or money. But these documents need to be formal in nature and tone and must be written by following a proper format.
The following few points shall be helpful while framing a training agreement:
- The details of the trainee and also the general information about the trainer must be clearly stated in the first paragraph of the agreement.
- The details of what the training programme will consist of and the time duration of it with the effective date of beginning must be given in the second section of the agreement.
- There are many terms and conditions which spell out all the other necessary details which should be mentioned point wise in the last section of the document.
- The signatures of the parties should be done at the end.
