Toy Vendor Agreement


A toy vendor agreement is an agreement where a toy vendor signs a set of terms and conditions with a vendee regarding the selling of toys and other such products on a fixed period and money basis. Such agreements are generally enforceable by law.

Sample toy vendor agreement:

This agreement has been made effective as on 15th July 2011 and shall remain into effect for 24 months from date of effect.

Termination date of agreement: 15th July 2012

This agreement has been made by and between Mr. Paul Lawson who is hereafter referred to as the Vendee and Mr. Tim Aniston who is hereafter referred to as the Vendor.

The details of the parties are given as follows.

VENDEE

Name of company: Lawson stores

Address of company: S-45, first floor, Queens building, London

VENDOR

Name of organisation: Aniston toys

Official address: 93-H, model town, London

The vendor agrees to supply toys to the vendee for his store for a period of 24 months on order and within every 15 days.

Total cost per month: $10000

The following are the terms and conditions:

  • The vendor must provide the vendee with top quality toys and specially those which have been specified by him
  • The vendee cannot return any batch of toys under any circumstances.
  • The vendor must receive payment within the first week of each month to avoid.
  • The vendor must send batches of toys through van delivery every 15 days.

Both the parties hereby agree to the terms of the agreement:
