Town Home Lease Agreement


A town home lease agreement is a written legal document that allows the owner of a town home to lease it to a tenant in return for a rental charge. It defines the set of terms and conditions based upon which the agreement is signed by both the parties.

Sample Town Home Lease Agreement:

Owner: A.K. housing

Tenant: John Hess

Date: 11’Th Oct, 2010

Address of property: F Block, 65 G Street, CA

Period of lease: 2 years starting from 4’Th November, 2010

Terms and conditions:

  1. The lessee agrees to pay rent for usage of the town home and the lessor agrees to lease the town home to the tenant.
  2. The tenant agrees to pay the landlord a sum of $1000 per month in the first week of each month.
  3. The tenant will be held responsible and payable in case of any damage caused to the utilities or any part of the premises.
  4. In case of late payment, the tenant will be charged an additional sum of $100 and the amount will keep increasing by $50 with the passing of each week.
  5. The owner will have full right to inspect the town home for maintenance during the term of lease.
