TERMS AND CONDITIONS
According to this agreement, the CONTRACTOR hereby obtains the services of the SUBCONTRACTOR who will be responsible for installation of bath hardware in the house located at the address mentioned above.
The SUBCONTRACTOR agrees to offer his services for this project and ensures that he has the necessary license to do this job.
The SUBCONTRACTOR will supply all the materials, tools, equipment and labour required to set to do the installation of the bath equipment
The SUBCONTRACTOR must make sure that the quality of the products is good and he is also responsible if any accident during the installation.
The SUBCONTRACTOR must finish the work within 1 week of signing this contract.
The SUBCONTRACTOR must take care to work around the plumbing work done earlier and follow the rules and regulations of the complex.
The CONTRACTOR shall pay the SUBCONTRACTOR a sum of $10,000 for the bath hardware installation work.
Both parties agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
