A standard vendor agreement is a formal document that is drafted when ever any vendor agrees to provide their service to an individual or an organization. The agreement has the terms and conditions that both the parties have to agree.
Sample Standard Vendor Agreement
This agreement has been made as on this day of 14th March between John Cleaning Services referred to as the vendor and Linen Private Limited referred to as the client where John Cleaning Services has agreed to clean the office premises of Linen Private Limited.
The terms and conditions to be followed by both the parties are as follows:
The vendor will provide the cleaning services for the office premise of the client located at :
78 John Will Road,
New York, New Jersey 5241
The services will be provided on a monthly basis for which the vendor will receive a monthly remuneration of $2000.
The vendor will be paid fifty percent of the remuneration amount in advance. Once the job is done is done, he will be paid the rest of the amount.
