Standard Distributor Agreement

A standard distributor agreement is a document which is drafted when an individual or an organization hires a standard distributor to take the responsibility of distributing the product manufactured by them. The details mentioned in the agreement include the responsibilities of the distributor and the commission to be paid to him. The agreement is also documentary evidence between both the parties.

Standard Distributor Agreement

This standard distributor agreement has been drafted on this day of 10th May 2011 by and between

John Sample referred to as the distributor with office located at:

41 High Hill Road,

Sin City, Los Angeles 4567

And Biscuit Limited referred to as the business with head office located at

34 God’s City Road,

Sin City, Los Angeles 4564

as the business gives the distribution rights to the distributor to distribute the biscuits manufactured by them.

Terms and conditions:

  1. The distributor has to distribute the biscuits within the state of Los Angeles and no where else.
  2. The distributor assures that he will not undertake the distribution rights of the products of a rival firm.
  3. The distributor will get 10% commission per month on the total sales made by him.
