A solicitation partnership agreement is created between two partners of a project or business whereby they lay out terms and conditions of solicitation, that is, whether a former employee will or will not be restricted from soliciting employees or customers of a business, especially after leaving the company.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
As per the agreement, PARTY 1 agrees to provide PARTY 2 with access to its database which will give PARTY 2 information about all the customers, their names and contact details.
PARTY 1 may include solicitation materials and endorsement in regular mailings to recipients and shall bear all the costs of the mailings.
PARTY 2 has a right to reject any database or portion of the recipients’ information.
The solicitation partnership agreement shall be terminated after 1 year and may be extended if the parties want to.
More terms and conditions can be added to the agreement with the consent of both PARTY 1 and PARTY 2.
Both parties hereby agree that they are willingly entering this agreement and are not violating any laws or rules and it shall not infringe upon the personal or property rights of any person or company.
