Solar Power Purchase Agreement


A solar power purchase agreement is a written and formally drafted document which is made when a party buys or purchases solar power from another party. Such agreements are laid down with the terms and conditions as well as the various details of the parties and the important dates involved. Any such agreement is a legally binding document for the involved parties.

BUYER

Details of transaction:

The total cost of the required amount of solar power usage shall be $20000

The solar power must be used and utilised in a mature and careful manner.

The following are the terms and conditions of the agreement:

  • The SELLER must sell only the ordered amount of solar power to the BUYER and must ensure that the amount is paid within one week after the effective date.
  • The BUYER agrees to purchase solar power on the condition that he would be entitled to pay a solar energy purchase tax of 7% on the amount mentioned.
