Software Maintenance Agreement


A software maintenance agreement is an official document drafted when a service provider agrees to maintain and develop the software for an individual or an organization. The details mentioned in the agreement are the kind of software used and the purpose of using the software. There are also terms and conditions to which both the parties need to agree.

Sample Software Maintenance Agreement

This software maintenance service agreement has been drafted on this date of 10th April 2011 between Nathan Lee with address at: 12 Glenn Eagle Street, New York, New Jersey 4512 and Round Full Company with office address at 42 Aspen High Street, New York, New Jersey 4514.

Both the parties have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Nathan Lee will be providing his service five days a week from Monday to Friday. The working hours will be from 9 in the morning to 5 in the evening.
  2. Round Full Company will pay Nathan Lee a remuneration of $2500 per month.
  3. Any software developed by Nathan Lee should not be a copy of any other existing software.
