Simple Vendor Agreement

A simple vendor agreement is an official document between a vendor and his client. The document states the kind of service that the vendor is going to provide and what would be his charges for providing that service. There are few obligations that both the parties need to follow.

Sample Simple Vendor Agreement

This agreement is effective from 10th of March 2011 and has been drafted between Hose Pay and Jenny Page as Hose Pay has agreed to provide his service to mow the lawn of Jenny Page.

The client accepts the services of the vendor in acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  1. The client will pay the vendor a monthly amount of $1000 for the services incurred.
  2. The vendor has to mow the lawn at least twice every week, failing which a certain amount will be deducted from the remuneration.
  3. The agreement can be renewed with the consent of both the parties.
