Sheetrock Subcontract Agreement

A sheetrock subcontract agreement is a legal document signed between a general contractor and a subcontractor, who wants to hire the latter’s services for the installation of sheetrock plasterboards which are used for building the interior walls of a building.

  • According to this agreement, the CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to obtain the services of the SUBCONTRACTOR for the purpose of installation of sheetrock plasterboard at the property mentioned above.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR’s main responsibilities shall be the installation and repair of sheetrock and drywall, ceiling repair, crack repair, repair of water damaged walls etc.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR shall also provide all the materials and equipment required for these tasks besides supplying labour to complete these jobs.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR needs to follow all the rules and regulations of the housing complex in order to do the sheetrock work.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR is responsible for maintaining the quality of the materials used for the sheetrock work.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR agrees to finish the sheetrock work within 1 month of signing this agreement.
  • The CONTRATOR agrees to pay to the SUBCONTRACTOR a sum of $40,000 for completing this sheetrock project.

Both parties agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
