Service Concession Agreement

A service concession agreement is a written document which is framed when a party agrees to provide concession on service to another party who wishes to avail the services in return by paying a certain amount. Such agreements are legal in nature which means that if any type of violation occurs, then the party at fault is held chargeable under law.

The SERVICE PROVIDER agrees to provide computer service concession to the CLIENT on certain conditions which have been passed by the CLIENT.

The following are the terms and conditions of this agreement:

  • The SERVICE PROVIDER must be available for servicing whenever requested by the CLIENT during period of agreement which is 12 months from effective date.
  • The CLIENT must give an advance time of atleast 1 day for service.
  • All service payments will be under a concession of 10% to the original value.
  • Every service payment will be made after completion of the service which is provided.
  • The CLIENT cannot underpay or not pay the SERVICE PROVIDER after availing services.
