Security System Installation Agreement


A security system installation agreement is made between the owner of a house or a contractor and a company which deals in the installation of the security devices in the property. The agreement lays down the terms and conditions and the fee to be paid for the installation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • According to this agreement, the COMPANY agrees to provide to the CONTRACTOR his services and install security systems at the apartments mentioned above.
  • The COMPANY shall supply all the necessary equipment, machinery and labour required for the installation process.
  • The COMPANY takes full responsibility of the quality of the products and the credibility of the employees who will do the installation.
  • The CONTRACTOR agrees to accept the services of the COMPANY and shall pay the latter an amount of $15,000 for his services, equipment and the labour provided.
  • The COMPANY shall finish the work in 1 week from signing of this contract.
  • Both parties shall be present during a trial run of the security devices to ensure that they are working fine during the time of installation.
