Sears maintenance agreement is an extended warranty sold to customers who buy products from the American department store Sears. Sears mainly sells different types of appliances and tools and they also offer maintenance services to the buyer in exchange for an amount.

  • The COMPANY shall provide maintenance services related to the appliance purchased to the BUYER
  • The BUYER shall be getting these services by making a one-time payment of $100
  • The appliance maintenance will be done by well-trained employees of the COMPANY once in 6 months
  • The COMPANY will take the initiative to call the BUYER to fix an appointment for the maintenance services
  • Any malfunctioning part will be replaced by the COMPANY during the duration of the agreement and costs will be charged to the BUYER
  • The BUYER may cancel the agreement anytime they want and get a refund, provided it is within the product’s original warranty period
