This maintenance agreement is made between the CLIENT and the COMPANY on the effective date of July 29, 2011 in Los Angeles, whereby the COMPANY shall be providing the CLIENT maintenance services for its software products bought by the CLIENT.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
As per the agreement, the COMPANY shall provide all necessary materials and expertise for any maintenance work required for the company’s products bought by the CLIENT
The CLIENT shall pay the COMPANY a one-time amount of $8,000 which shall include any necessary maintenance and repair work except the cost of replacement of faulty parts
If any faulty part needs to be changed after the original warranty period is over, the COMPANY will replace it but the CLIENT has to pay for the product. He will get a 10% discount on the retail price of the product
If the CLIENT wants to terminate the contract, he has to let the COMPANY know on phone or in writing. If he wants to continue the agreement after the given term is over, a new agreement will be created
