Terms and Conditions of the agreement
The license has been given for a restaurant and without prior permission of authorities; no changes can be made in restaurant’s premise, guest capacity for staying/lodging etc. (as it is not allowed in license).
The Owner will pay a license fee of $ 1200 per year to the Corporation Board.
If the restaurant and its owner found guilty in any criminal case than the Corporation will be eligible to terminate the license and siege the property.
