Rental Maintenance Agreement
A rental maintenance agreement is an addendum to the primary rental agreement that is entered into between the landlord and the tenant. The rental maintenance agreement is entered into between the tenant and the association or society where the rental premises are situated. This agreement provides for all the terms and conditions involved in maintaining the rental premises that are provided by the society in charge. The agreement also specifies certain clauses that have to be agreed by the tenant in order to occupy the rental premises.
Sample Rental Maintenance Agreement
This rental maintenance agreement is entered into between Mr. Brooke Lloyds who is the tenant and Carisbridge Apartment association for the purpose of maintenance of the common area as well as the rental premises being taken on rent by the tenant from 29th of May 2013.
The terms and conditions governing rental maintenance:-
The maintenance services will be provided during the weekdays from Monday to Friday between 9.00A.M to 5.00P.M only.
The apartment association provides maintenance of the common area as well as the rental premises regularly.
The tenant agrees not to make use of any sprays or pesticides to get rid of any pests as apartment association is in charge of the pest control activity which is undertaken with due care and diligence without causing inconvenience to the dwellers.
The apartment association also provides maintenance and upkeep of the air conditioning systems, geysers, locks, fire safety and security alarms systems, leaks and plumbing fittings installed in the apartments.
The technical staffs of the maintenance unit of the apartment are available 24/7 for any emergency services like leaks etc that need to be attended immediately.
