Registered Employment Agreement

Registered employment agreement is a legal document that is registered in the labor courts before two parties negotiate an employment agreement. The parties involved are the EMPLOYER and the EMPLOYEE. The agreement consists of the terms and conditions negotiated between the parties and signed on mutual consent basis.

Terms and conditions:

  • The EMPLOYER agrees to hire EMPLOYER for a predefined period of 12 months and shall renew the agreement, if at all at the expiration date of agreement.
  • The EMPLOYEE agrees to work in accordance with the job profile with dedication and hard work.
  • The EMPLOYEE holds the right to get a pay of $300 every month till the end of the agreement.
  • The failure by the EMPLOYER to pay the amount shall be met with legal actions.
  • The EMPLOYEE can demand a severance pay in case of early termination.
