Pilot Training Agreement

A pilot training agreement is an agreement which is made between a pilot training institute and a person who wishes to undertake pilot training for a fixed period of time and by paying a certain amount of money in return. Such agreements are legally binding in nature.

Sample pilot training agreement:

This agreement has been made effective as on 12th July 2011 and shall remain into effect for 3 years after effective date.

This agreement has been made between Jacob Brown who is hereby referred to as the TRAINEE and Max Pilot studies who is hereby referred to as the TRAINER.

The TRAINEE wishes to undertake pilot training from TRAINER for 3 years and TRAINER agrees to provide training on the grounds of previous eligibility criteria of the TRAINEE.

Total cost of training: $20000

The entire cost must be paid before the commencement of training period.

Terms and conditions:

  • The trainer must provide a diploma certificate after completion of training to the trainee.
  • The trainee must attend 85% classes so as to be fit to sit in the examination.
  • The trainee must pay the fee on time.
  • The trainer must pay individual attention and provide practical training to the trainee.
  • The termination date of agreement is 12th July 2014.
