A part time employment agreement is a legal document that is made between a part time EMPLOYEE and the EMPLOYER for the duration of time till the employer is hired. This agreement contains the certain terms and conditions which have to be followed by both the parties.

  • The EMPLOYER agrees to hire the EMPLOYEE for a period of 6 months.
  • The EMPLOYEE agrees to work with full diligence under the EMPLOYER for a charge of $50 per day.
  • The EMPLOYEE shall take care of records, delivery and evaluation of the sandwiches and burgers.
  • The EMPLOYER shall pay the EMPLOYEE in time and any delay if complained would be questionable by law.
  • The EMPLOYEE cannot skip work without prior notification to the EMPLOYER.
