Oil Dealership Agreement

Oil dealership agreement is a legal written document where one of the parties owns an oil company and the other wishes to be granted dealership of the Oil Company or brand. Such agreements are legally binding in nature.

Indo ltd. (Oil Company Owner) and Frantic Company (Oil Dealer) have agreed to sign a contract for a time period of 5 yrs.  Under the following terms and conditions:-

  • Quality:- the quality of the crude oil should be as per government standards
  • Quantity: – the Oil Company Owner has agreed to deliver 500 barrels of crude oil every fortnight to the buyer.
  • Payment:- the Oil Dealer has agreed to make the payments in full and final
  • Prices: – all prices are subject to change as per the US dollar.
  • Delivery Site: – the oil should be delivered by the seller on the address mentioned by the buyer.
  • Shipment charges: – all the charges of the shipment shall be borne by the Seller.
  • Other expenses: – all the expenses are to be borne by the Oil Company Owner and the Oil Dealer has no liability what so ever.


Any violation on the above mentioned conditions will lead to termination of the contract.
