TERMS AND CONDITIONS
According to this agreement, the SUBCONTRACTOR agrees to supply to the CONTRACTOR all the necessary materials, equipment, labour, tools or supervision needed for the construction of the building mentioned above.
The SUBCONTRACTOR shall also pay for all the materials and labour provided to the CONTRACTOR, who shall be responsible for procuring all the permits, licenses, pay the fees, charges and give notices related to the work.
The CONTRACTOR shall pay the contract sum to the SUBCONTRACTOR in accordance with his standard form purchase within one month of the successful completion of work.
If the SUBCONTRACTOR fails to supply materials on time, the contract may be terminated.
The SUBCONTRACTOR is responsible for supplying good quality materials for the project and will be held liable if any accident occurs.
If there are any changes in pricing or scope of work, a fully executed change order is required.
Both parties agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
