Legal Confidentiality Agreement


A legal confidentiality agreement is an agreement in which the CLIENT agrees to share his personal information with the LAWYER on the condition of non disclosure. The agreement is made on the terms and conditions which are mandatory for both the parties to abide by.

Sample Legal Confidentiality Agreement

This agreement is made between CLIENT and the LAWYER. The agreement is made effective on 30th of Dec, 2010.

The LAWYER has been shared with all the confidential information of the CLIENT regarding the lawsuit.

Terms and conditions

  1. The CLIENT agrees to share all the confidential information relating to the case with the LAWYER till the duration of the case.
  2. The LAWYER has access to vital information and if shared with a third party, can change the result of the lawsuit; therefore he agrees to keep the information only for evaluation and study purposes.
  3. The LAWYER shall be held punishable if any piece of confidential data is made public.
  4. Both the parties shall agree to the terms and conditions to avoid legal actions.
