Laptop Dealership agreement


A laptop dealership agreement is a legal document which is made when a laptop producing company agrees to grant a party the dealership of selling the laptops produced the company. This document consists of terms and conditions which are legally binding in nature and their violation results in legal actions being taken against the party at fault.

This laptop dealership agreement deals with the laptop company called Henry Laptops. This agreement has been made by and between Henry Laptops which is herein referred to as the COMPANY and Paul Dealers which is herein referred to as the DEALER

COMPANY details:

Owner: Henry Markson

Official address: A-90, second floor, Earth towers, Toronto

DEALER details:

Owner: Paul Daniels

Showroom address: P-23, Fredstone road, Toronto

The COMPANY agrees to grant dealership of all their laptop models of the E series produced in the year 2010.

The total dealership amount to be paid each month is: $5000

Period of agreement: 3 years

Termination of agreement date: 2nd August 2014

The following are the terms and conditions to be followed by the parties:

  • The DEALER agrees to provide a full report of sales made at the end of each month to the COMPANY
  • The COMPANY must provide laptops to dealer within 15 days of receiving order.
  • The DEALER shall make payment of equal monthly amount within the first week of each month.
