Labour Market Partnership Agreement

A labour market partnership agreement is a written legal document which is framed when two labour market employees agree to work as partners on a particular project work. These agreements are made after necessary consideration of the terms and conditions which are mutually agreed upon by the parties involved.

This agreement has been made between Mr. Henry Lawson who is herein referred to as the partner 1 and Mr. Greg Timothy who is herein referred to as the partner 2 in this labour market partnership agreement.

The partners shall be responsible together for working as the construction workers for the construction of Dell building in London which is being made under Lawson construction party.

Terms and conditions:

  • Both the partners will be equally entitled to the amount earned by the Lawson construction party.
  • Both the parties realise that if the work is not completed on time, then they would be equally entitled to bear the grunge.
  • The travelling expenses of all the workers together shall be shared equally.
  • The success or failure of the construction plans shall be borne equally by both the partners.
