Java Training Agreement

A Java training agreement is a written document which is drafted between a Java trainer and a trainee who wishes to take training from the trainer for a fixed period of time and in return for a fixed amount of money. These types of agreements are based upon certain terms and conditions and are legal in nature.

Sample Java training agreement:

This agreement has been effective as on 3^rd June 2011 and shall remain into effect till 3^rd June 2012

This agreement has been made between Mr. Jack Fredrick who is hereby referred to as the TRAINER and Mr. Sam Teller who is herein referred to as TRAINEE

The TRAINER shall give the Java training to the TRAINEE for 12 months

The training shall comprise of all basic of Java language.

Duration of agreement: 12 months

Cost per month: $300

Total cost: $3600

Terms and conditions:

• The trainer agrees to provide training to the trainee for a period of 12 months in Java training and teach him all the basics of the Java language.
• The trainee agrees to be present at every training lesson which shall be provided by the trainer to the trainee in the first class of training.
• The trainer should be present at every class and inform the trainee about changes in class timings prior to class.
