An Investment Protection Agreement is signed between a company and an investor, in order to ensure that all the investment procedures are carried out as per accorded standards recognized by law. Terms and conditions:

  1. The agreement covers all kinds of assets owned by the company, including movable and immovable properties, mortgages, pledges, liens, shares and copyrights.
  2. The investor will enjoy complete security and protection on his investments and has right to carry out the business free from discriminatory and unreasonable measures.
  3. All the obligations mentioned in the contract will be treated as party’s rights and breach of any of these terms will call for legal procedure against the party.
  4. The investment should be deposited in the company’s account within 7 days of execution of this agreement and the amount should be in an easily convertible currency.
