An individual transitional employment agreement is an agreement that specifies details like work timings, rate of pay and the other points important before the hiring of an employee by the employer. This agreement is legal binding and also has certain terms and conditions for both parties to abide by.

Terms and conditions:

  • The EMPLOYER agrees to hire EMPLOYER for a predefined period of 12 months.
  • The minimum number of hours of work each day shall be 8 hours and the rate of pay per hour shall be $50.
  • The EMPLOYEE agrees to work with honesty and sincerity and in such a way that it’s brings profit to the company.
  • The failure by the EMPLOYER to pay the amount shall be met with legal actions.
  • The EMPLOYEE can demand a compensation amount in case of termination before the given period.
