HR Training Agreement

An HR training agreement is a legal document drafted when an individual takes training in HR or HR management from an institute or from the organization in which he is employed. The agreement lays out the terms and conditions that both the parties need to follow.

Sample HR Training Agreement

This agreement is made between Jane Austen, the trainee and Good Well Corporation Limited, the employer on the effective date of 26th of December 2010. As per the agreement the employee is supposed to receive HR training from the HR department of the employer.

Terms and conditions to be followed by both parties:

  1. The employer agrees to train the employee regarding all the HR policies of the company.
  2. The employee will also be trained about all the job functions and responsibilities of the HR department.
  3. The employee is not supposed take any leave during the training period.
