A hospital management agreement is made between the hospital authorities and a management company which is responsible for supervising the different operations related to the business of running a hospital, like marketing, planning, hiring, financial management, human resources, billing etc.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT: 2 years

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • As per the agreement, the MANAGER will provide hospital management services to the HOSPITAL TRUST which owns the St Agnes Group of Hospitals, numbering to 5 all over in New York.
  • The HOSPITAL TRUST shall continue to have control over policies, operations and assets of the hospital.
  • The HOSPITAL TRUST shall have sole right to take decisions on any professional medical matter.
  • The MANAGER is responsible for all the administrative services related to the running of the affairs of the hospital
  • The MANAGER shall be responsible for handling the budget of the hospital, keeping track of all the expenses and revenues and making the budget plan every financial year.
  • The MANAGER shall supervise all accounting work related to the hospital’s operations and its employees.
  • The HOSPITAL TRUST shall pay the MANAGER an amount of $100,000 as part of this agreement besides a monthly fee depending on its performance.
