Heavy Machinery Export Agreement

A heavy machinery export agreement is an agreement which is formed between an exporter of heavy machinery and an importer who wishes to buy products from the exporter. Such agreements are based upon a number of terms and conditions which have to be abided by the involved parties in order to avoid any complications or legal implications.

Duration of agreement: 12 months

TERMINATION of agreement: 21st May 2012

This agreement has been made between Mr Paul Fredrick who is herein referred to as the EXPORTER and Mr. Henry White who is herein referred to as the IMPORTER of heavy machinery used for construction purposes.

The following are the terms and conditions of the agreement:

  • The exporter shall act immediately on receiving order for heavy machinery and make sure to dispatch order within a week of placement of order.
  • The importer must make the payment of the machinery ordered within 10 days of receiving machinery materials.
  • The exporter must make sure to dispatch only those machinery products which are in proper working condition and have been experimented with before.
  • Any damage to products due to shipping must be borne by the IMPORTER.
  • The importer must place order well within the time frame of need.
