Guitar Training Agreement


A guitar training agreement is a legal document which is made between a guitar teacher and a person who wishes to take guitar training from the trainer. Such agreements are legal in nature and consist of certain terms and conditions which have to be followed by both the parties.

Sample guitar training agreement:

This agreement has been effective as on 2nd July 2011 and shall remain into effect till 2nd July 2012.

This agreement has been made between Mr. Lewis Parkinson who is hereby referred to as the TRAINER and Mr. Kell Black who is herein referred to as TRAINEE

The TRAINER shall teach the TRAINEE guitar and its various lessons for 12 months

The training shall comprise of basic training and chords.

Duration of agreement: 12 months

Cost per month: $200

Total cost: $2400

The following are the various terms and conditions of the agreement:

  • The trainer agrees to provide training to the trainee for a period of 12 months in guitar training and teach him all the basics as well as a few advanced training methods.
  • The trainee agrees to be present at every training lesson which shall be provided by the trainer to the trainee in the first class of training.
  • The trainee agrees to learn the guitar and pay the amount within the first week of each month.
