A general employment agreement is a legal document which lays down all the conditions based upon which an EMPLOYEE is employed generally by the EMPLOYER. This agreement specifies the working hours, payment details and duties and responsibilities of the EMPLOYEE.

This agreement is made between EMPLOYEE and EMPLOYER.
This agreement is made effective on 29’Th Dec, 2010.
The EMPLOYEE is recruited by the EMPLOYER.
Mr. Henry Law is hereby known as the employer and owns New Building Association.
Mr. Nathan Bill is hereby known as the employee and is hired for the job human resource services.
Duration of Work: 24 months
The following are the terms and conditions to be followed by both the parties:
The EMPLOYEE hereby agrees to be hired at new building association. He shall work for 7 hours every day.
The EMPLOYER hereby agrees to hire the EMPLOYEE for all the human resource operations in the company.
The EMPLOYEE is an employee and it is his duty to work towards the development of the company and to do his work with at most sincerity.
The violation of the terms and conditions will result in legal implications.
