Garment Chain Franchise Agreement

A garment chain franchise agreement is a legally binding document that involves two parties out of which one is the owner and the other is the franchisee to whom one store garment chain is franchised. This document contains the terms that define the responsibilities of both side during the period of the agreement.

Terms and conditions to be followed by both the parties:

  • The owner agrees to franchise one Garment store branch of Martin Creation situated in West CA to franchisee.
  • The Franchisee agrees to run this Garment store branch for a period of 12months based on the standards and policies of the owner.
  • The franchisee would have to be responsible for staff, finance, delivery and buying matters of the store.
  • The owner shall not have any say in the working of the Garment store.
  • The profits will be shared by the Owner and the Franchisee in the ratio of 20% and 80% respectively.
