First Aid Training Agreement

A first aid training agreement is an agreement which is drafted between a trainee who wishes to take training in first aid methods and a trainer who specialises in giving first aid training. Such agreements consist of terms and conditions which are mutually agreed upon by both the parties and are legally binding in nature.

This agreement has been made between Mr. Larry White who is hereby referred to as the TRAINER and Mr. Paul Gosling who is herein referred to as TRAINEE

The TRAINEE agrees to take training in first aid methods from the TRAINER for a fixed period of time at the address mentioned above.

Duration of summer training: 3 months

TERMINATION of agreement: 9^th January 2012

The following are the various terms and conditions of the agreement:

• The trainer agrees to provide training to the trainee in first aid methods so that the trainee can completely take care of any person during time of emergency.
• The trainee agrees to provide training to trainee on all the first aid methods during the course of agreement.
• The trainee cannot be absent on any of the training days.
