A facilities management agreement is an agreement drafted when an individual is assigned the responsibility of maintaining and taking care of the facilities at commercial or institutional buildings like office complexes, educational institutions, arenas, hospitals etc. This type of agreement contains the details like the responsibilities and duties of the manager, his salary and other.

The following are the job responsibilities of the facility manager:

  1. Ensuring that the office premises are cleaned regularly.
  2. Making sure that the garbage is disposed off on a daily basis.
  3. Getting the water tank of the building cleaned.
  4. Getting pest control done.
  5. Hiring an electrician to check all the electrical circuits of the building.
  6. Maintaining the garden of the facility.
  7. Getting plumbing work done.
