Fabric Export Agreement

A fabric export agreement is an agreement which is formed between two parties, one of whom is the exporter of fabric and the other is the one who wishes to purchase the fabric from the exporter. Such agreements are legally binding for the parties who are involved and can lead to legal implications in the case where one of the parties fails to abide by the obligations of terms of the agreement.

Sample fabric export agreement:

This agreement has been entered into as on 1st September 2011 and shall remain into effect for 12 months from effective date.

TERMINATION of agreement: 1st September 2012

This agreement has been made between Mr Nick Lawson who is herein referred to as the EXPORTER and Mr. Mathew White who is herein referred to as the IMPORTER.

  • The exporter must under any circumstances deliver the order within 7 days of placement of order.
  • The importer must place an order for fabric along with detail of the type of fabric and the amount of fabric well in advance.
  • Any damaged or non ordered fabric shall be returned to the exporter and payment would not be made in such a case.
  • The shipping charges shall be borne by the importer.
