Export Agency Agreement


An export agency agreement is an agreement which is made between an export agency and a party who wishes to purchase items exported by the agency. Such agreements are legal in nature and the terms and conditions which are there in this agreement have to be abided by the parties under any circumstances.

Sample export agency agreement:

This agreement has been made as on 23rd July 2011 and shall remain into effect for 12 months.

The EXPORT AGENCY sells electronics products which are produced in China, Hong Kong and Malaysia

Total cost: $ 5000 minimum per order

The IMPORTER wishes to buy the products for 12 months under contract basis with the following terms and conditions:

  • The EXPORT AGENCY must only deliver properly working and branded products at the rates as discussed amongst the parties.
  • The products which are faulty or non functional shall be returned back as it is without any payment.
  • The IMPORTER must make the due payment within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The EXPORT AGENCY must dispatch the order within 4 days of receiving the order from the IMPORTER.
