Excavation Subcontract Agreement

An excavation subcontract agreement is a deal whereby the subcontractor is hired by a contractor in order to do excavation work at a particular location for a particular purpose, and return for the labour and equipment the subcontractor is paid a sum of money.

  • According to this agreement, the CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to accept the services of the SUBCONTRACTOR for excavation work to be conducted at the above mentioned premises.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR hereby agrees to provide all the materials, labour, supervision, tools, equipment, insurance, and all other things necessary things required to complete the excavation.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR must keep in mind all the safety rules and regulations and must follow them.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR is responsible for any accident that occurs at the excavation site.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR has to obtain and present the necessary license required for the excavation work.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR understands the importance of timely work and will finish the excavation by June 2012.
  • The CONTRATOR agrees to pay to the SUBCONTRACTOR a sum of $30,000 for this project. All costs to be incurred by the SUBCONTRACTOR are included in this sum.

Both parties agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
