An event vendor agreement is an agreement which is drafted when one party wishes to avail services of an event vendor. The involved parties are known as vendor and vendee and the terms and conditions of the agreement are legal in nature.
Sample event vendor agreement
This agreement has been made effective as on 12th July 2011 and shall remain into effect till the completion of the event which is on 20th July 2011
This agreement has been made between Mr. Robert Radcliff who is hereafter referred to as the Vendee and Mr. Fred Tim who is hereafter referred to as the vendor in the entire agreement.
The details of the parties are given as follows.
Name of event: Sales Meet for the company Radcliff foundations
Address of company head office: 3-u, main business street, LA
Name of organisation: Tim event organisers
Official address: 9-p, west park road, LA
The Vendor agrees to provide event management services to vendee for the event which is spread over a span of 2 days.
Dates of event: 19th and 20th July
Time: 8pm onwards
Total cost of event management: $15000
The following are the terms and conditions:
The vendor must discuss event details with the vendee and accordingly plan the event.
The vendee must specify different high points of the event and the specifications and requirements, if any.
The vendor must receive payment as soon as the event ends.
The vendor will be responsible for task such as maintenance of venue, event highlights, decoration and overall management.
