Engineer Training Agreement

An engineer training agreement is an agreement which is made between an engineer trainer and a trainee who wishes to take up engineer training from the trainer. The agreement is based upon a number of terms and conditions which are meant to bind the involved parties in a legal manner.

This agreement has been made effective on the date 19th June 2011

This agreement has been made between Richard Brown who is hereby referred to as the TRAINEE and Max Engineer Institute who is hereby referred to as the TRAINER.

The TRAINEE wishes to undertake pilot training from TRAINER for 1 year and TRAINER agrees to provide training to the TRAINEE.

Total cost of training: $25000

The entire cost must be paid before the commencement of training period.

Terms and conditions:

  • The trainer must provide a diploma certificate after completion of training to the trainee.
  • The trainee must attend 85% classes so as to be fit to attain the engineer trainer certificate.
  • The trainee must pay the fee on time to avoid termination of agreement.
  • The trainer must provide top quality training to the trainee and make him an able engineer.
  • The termination date of agreement is 19th June 2012.
