Energy Manager Training Agreement

An energy manager training agreement is an agreement which is formed when a person wishes to take energy manager training from any institute or company which deals with energy management related post of position. Such agreements are generally based upon terms and conditions which are legal in form.

Sample energy manager training agreement:

This agreement has been entered into on the effective date: 26^th Sep 2011

This agreement has been made for a time period of: 12 months

This agreement shall terminate on: 26^th Sep 2012

This agreement has been made by and between Mark Young and George Foundation limited. Mark Young is hereby referred to as the Trainee and George Foundation limited is hereby referred to as the trainer in this agreement.

Address of trainee: S-90, south block, Best apartments, London

Address of trainer: C-34, Third gate, Lawrence road, London

Total cost of training: $15000

The cost must be paid within the first week of training.

The training shall be carried out at the mentioned address of the trainer.

Number of days in a week of training: 6 days except Sundays

Terms and conditions of the agreement:

• The trainee cannot take up energy manager training from any other place for the duration of the agreement.
• The quality of training must be top notch and according to the guidelines of the energy training laws of the federal state.
• The trainer must conduct tests every month to test skills of the trainee and for evaluation purpose.
