Employment Service Agreement


An employment service agreement is made between EMPLOYER and SERVICE PROVIDER. This agreement states down all the terms and conditions which have to be followed by both the parties to reach a mutual understanding contract. This is a legally binding document.

Terms and conditions to be followed by both the parties:

  • The employer agrees to assign job factory for getting him appropriate professionals to run his business as and when the need arises.
  • The service provider agrees to work for the employer for a period of 12 months. They shall make sure that they provide the right candidates for the required position of work.
  • The employer agrees to pay the service provider a commission of 10% for every service provided.
  • The terms of this agreement apply to both parties and are legally binding.
