Employer Training Agreement

An employer training agreement is an agreement which is made between a training institute and a person who wants to gain employer training. Such agreements consist of mutually agreed upon terms and conditions which are legally binding in nature.

Duration of agreement: 12 months

Termination date of agreement: 24^th June 2012

This training program shall be useful in providing training so as to how employers must work and function. The trainer agrees to train the trainee for 12 months.

The trainee agrees to take training from trainer at the address of institute mentioned above

Cost of training: $10000

Days of training: 6 days in a week except for Sunday

Total number of students: 20 in the batch

The following are the terms and conditions of the agreement:

• TERMINATION

The agreement shall terminate immediately if the parties fail to abide by their respective responsibilities and duties.

• The trainer must pay individual attention to each student and must conduct evaluation tests every week.
• The trainee cannot undertake any other form of training during the length of the agreement under any circumstances.
• Both parties must be present at training address 10 minutes in advance to the time of training.
