Drywall Subcontract Agreement


A drywall subcontract agreement is a deal by which a contractor hires the services of a subcontractor to undertake drywall work whereby the latter will provide the labour and materials necessary for drywall work in return for a sum of money.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • According to this agreement, the CONTRACTOR seeks the services of the SUBCONTRACTOR to undertake work related to the drywall installation at the apartments mentioned above.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR agrees to provide the necessary labour, materials and equipment related to drywall work.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR must take all the safety precautions laid down by the government during installation work.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR is also responsible for any damages and must make sure that the quality of the equipment passes the standards set by the law.
  • The agreement can be extended if both parties agree to it and feel necessary, with the submission of a written notice.
  • The term of the agreement is from October 2, 2011 to March 2, 2012
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR shall receive a sum of $50,000 from the CONTRACTOR on completion of the drywall work and after it passes the inspection procedures.

Both parties agree to the above terms and conditions.
